Humans are created for relationships, whether that be with others, God, or ourselves. I believe most of our wounding comes from broken relationships, and these wounds from early relationships create patterns of how we relate to others and ourselves. So, healing also needs to happen in a relational setting. My goal is to help bring healing through the therapy relationship and by coming alongside you as you explore the relationship you have with yourself and all your hidden, hurt, or missing parts.
I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I specialize in trauma, spiritual abuse, spirituality, missionary re-entry, life transitions, and relationship issues. I am also trained in DBT.

Hello! I’m passionate about equipping clients with knowledge and skills to help them learn, grow, and heal. I enjoy working with teens and adults on issues related to perfectionism, people-pleasing, codependency, trauma, relationship dynamics, sports performance, and sports injuries. The clients I work with often struggle with underlying feelings of guilt, shame, burnout, anger, resentment, grief, not being enough/good enough, or vulnerability.
Because each person is unique, I believe therapy is most effective when the approach is adapted to meet the needs of each individual. I enjoy collaborating with clients to figure out what works best for them and aligning with their goals and values. I hope to bring warmth, genuineness, and authenticity to sessions in a way that invites clients to do the same, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to open up and share their story. I believe that our past experiences and relationships deeply impact us. Therefore, sessions may involve exploring the past, identifying patterns, and gaining insight into how this affects clients now. It can also look like a more practical approach of learning and implementing skills to reduce symptoms and increase positive behaviors and feelings. No matter what the session involves, I hope that clients will leave each one feeling seen, heard, and understood.

Everyone’s therapeutic process is going to look different, and I’m eager to work with you to discover what that will be. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is most important in this process, and so I understand the need of finding a good fit. I take a collaborative, creative, and compassionate approach to my work, inspired by person-centered and narrative therapy. We all have narratives that guide our lives. Sometimes we get stuck in a narrative that is no longer effective, or we have a difficult time making sense of our experiences. Life can get overwhelming, but we do not have to be defined by our past or our pain. Talking with someone from an objective point of view can help you make sense of all the threads that make up you and your story, untangle those threads, and find meaning in them. Therapy can be a tool to increase self-compassion, understand our emotions, improve relationships, and offer healing.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I am EMDR certified and specialize in sex/sexuality issues, trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction.

I approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and understanding, creating a space where, even amidst pain, laughter and creativity can serve as powerful tools for healing. I’m passionate about the profound connection between the mind and body and the innate wisdom our bodies have for healing. In my work, I blend somatic techniques with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their bodies, and process their emotions. This gentle approach facilitates the release of stored tension and trauma, inviting you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and with others.
If you’re feeling stuck—whether in relationship patterns, cycles of anxiety and depression, or struggling to process past experiences—I would be honored to support you as we navigate these challenges together. I truly believe that healing happens through connection, and we’re not meant to do it alone.
